Who this covers
The SMS service is a private, personal tool. The only recipient of assistant-initiated text messages is the account owner, David Bieber, himself. It is not a marketing program and does not send messages to the general public.
Information collected
In connection with the SMS service, the following may be processed: the account owner’s mobile phone number, and the content of text messages exchanged with the assistant (for example, reminders, notifications, questions, and replies).
How information is used
The mobile number and message content are used solely to operate the personal assistant — to deliver reminders and notifications, to understand and respond to the account owner’s requests, and to maintain the service.
No sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS or text-messaging consent, or your SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages are delivered through a messaging infrastructure provider (our SMS carrier) that processes message data solely on our behalf to transmit the messages; this is not a sale or a sharing of your information with a third party.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages; reply START to opt back in; reply HELP for help.
