These terms describe the text-messaging (SMS) service of a personal AI assistant (“Fable”) operated by David Bieber as a sole proprietor.
The service
Fable is a private, personal assistant. Its SMS service sends the account owner (David Bieber) reminders, notifications, and conversational replies, and receives his replies. The only recipient is the account owner himself. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and is conversational — messages are sent in response to the account owner’s activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply START to opt back in; reply HELP for help.
No carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
